How to use this course ►

The Heart Foundation acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respect to them and their cultures, and Elders past, present and future.

This learning module was developed through the support of SA Health and the South Australian Cardiology Clinical Network who in 2009 identified the need to provide standardised state-wide evidence-based information to all people who have had a heart event. They have worked closely with the National Heart Foundation of Australia since that time developing a program of supporting patients and health professionals to ensure evidence-based information is accessible to everyone.
